Firstly, the sashimi is freshly captured and is seasonal.
We will serve simmered rosy seabass, which is known as a luxury fish in Japan.
Shimane wagyu beef steak is served as well.
We highly recommend this menu if you want to try both Japanese fish and Shimane wagyu beef!
